Last night saw the eighth annual Recruitment International awards take place in Holborn’s Grand Connaught Rooms on Queen Street. Around 350 representatives of the best recruitment companies in the industry attended the awards dinner and ceremony to honour some of the most exemplary companies and individuals for their achievements in 2014.Without further ado, here is the full list of winners.

• Revenues up 4% year-on-year in constant currency
• Gross margin 18.4%, up 10 bps underlying
• SG&A excluding restructuring costs up 2% yoy and down 2% sequentially, both in constant currency

Impellam Group plc (“Impellam” or “the Company”) has acquired Lorien Limited (“Lorien”), a UK market leader in technology staffing, for an initial consideration of £22.3m in cash (“Cash Consideration”) and £7.5m in new ordinary shares in the Company (the “Consideration Shares”) at a price of 460p.
