2B Interface launches at Autosport International Fabricating a new bespoke service for the motorsport industry 2B Interface, the broad-ranging staffing and recruitment agency providing manual, skilled, office and management personnel launched its bespoke service for the motorsports industry at Autosport International on the 13th and 14th of January at the NEC. For the past six years, 2B Interface has supplied technicians including CNC operators, setters, programmers, GRP laminators, TIG welders, metal workers and fabricators within the shop fitting industry. With shortages in skilled labour in whole vehicle assembly, diversification within motorsport was an obvious choice for 2B Interface. Managing Director and Founder, Beatrice Bartlay added, “We want to grow the business in areas where there is a real need for our services and we were pleased to be the ‘Official Supporter’ at the MIA Awards Dinner where we hosted the VIP Champagne Reception and presented the Service to the Industry Award. After six months of research and planning we decided to launch our service at Autosport International which has been described as 2B Interface prides itself on its personal service, providing the right people both from a technical and cultural fit. In order to understand and provide a bespoke service, the company offers a free audit to all its potential new clients. Having grown the company by 200% in the last financial year and made the entire annual sales target in the first quarter of this year, 2B Interface is hoping to continue this success in the motorsport industry.
