2LS has announced that the first in a series of free recruitment Webinars will be held on the 23rd N

The 25 minute session will be an invaluable crash course in ensuring a successful first step in any recruitment process

Reading-based Recruitment Software company 2LS has announced that the first in a series of free recruitment Webinars will be held on the 23rd November.

The 25 minute session, focussed on the subject of properly qualifying a vacancy, will be an invaluable crash course in ensuring a successful first step in any recruitment process. Delivered by recruitment training expert Ross Williams, the Webinar will be lively and thought-provoking, with time for questions and answers to finish.

“What 2LS are putting together here is exciting” says Williams. “All too often, recruiters are given limited training and expected to succeed without a clear understanding of how or why they should be doing something. This proposed series of Webinars will get recruiters across the country thinking about some key subjects and improving their professional capabilities.”

The development of the 2LS Webinar series comes following the recent release of the 2LS Recruiter’s Toolbox, a collection of free recruitment tools including an online recruitment calculator and the 24 page Recruiter’s Book of Checklists (found at www.2ls.com/tools).

“Our attitude is that everyone in Recruitment should strive to be the best” says 2LS Managing Director Neil Thompson. “We at 2LS are dedicated to making GRIP the best database for recruitment and we believe recruitment firms share this passion for quality and improvement. This Webinar series presents the chance for us to provide a free service to existing and potential customers that will positively impact their bottom line and help raise industry standards.”

The 2LS Vacancy Qualification Webinar will be held at 12.30pm on the 23rd November. To register free for the event, please go to http://2lswebinar1.eventbrite.com.
