Kit Scott-Brown, managing director of InterExec, commented: “We are in a day and age where recruiters are increasingly turning to the Internet to research an individual’s skills, achievements and personality through their online profiles. Whilst such profiles do not replace the traditional resumé, it is important for senior executives to have a social media presence that allows them to expand on areas of skill and expertise, which may not be included in a traditional CV.” |
