A Decade of Delivery - Keith Canning celebrates 10 years with Aston Taylor

Our esteemed Sales Director, Keith Canning, celebrates his 10th anniversary with Aston Taylor.

Keith joined the company as a Senior Consultant in 2001, having previously managed another agency.  “I accepted the step down in status because I just wanted to focus on making money – Aston Taylor offer 50% commission without a threshold. It was a very good decision”, says Canning.

Within the next year Keith accepted the inevitable rise to Sales Manager, and subsequently to Sales Director with a real stake in the business.  “It’s still about making money, but through other people; a much bigger challenge,” says Canning.

Vic Chuntz, CEO Aston Taylor, said, “It’s rare in the Recruitment business for someone to stay for this time, but Keith is one of those rare people.  He has stuck with it, enjoying the good times and persevering through the more difficult times.  His commitment is incredible, especially as he makes a 50 mile commute every day.”
