Absolute Recruitment UK Ltd expands commercial capabilities

As confidence continues to grow amongst UK employers, Cheshire recruitment firm Absolute Recruitment UK Ltd today announced the launch of its new division, Summit Executive Search and Selection to meet a growing demand for talent at the top.

Headed by Claire Davies, previously of Manchester-based Interim Performers, and Interim Partners of Harrogate, the new division will focus on recruiting for interim, permanent and contract senior and board level assignments for clients within the Financial, Human Resources, Engineering and Automotive Sectors.

Managing Director, Jessica Marshall, is delighted with the new appointment.

“After a great start to 2011, Claire’s is the first in a series of specialist recruiter appointments that Absolute intend to make this year,” Jessica said, “Claire’s track record and expertise in interim senior level recruitment is impressive, and her specialisation within the automotive and engineering sectors perfectly compliment the temporary recruitment service that Absolute Recruitment UK Ltd already provides.”

Whilst Summit’s service provision will concentrate on senior and Board level positions, it will also include recruitment for administrative and support roles for its Clients nationwide.

“The division has taken off quickly,” reports Claire, “and we’ve already had encouraging results, having been appointed to recruit for a number of international Blue Chips and been accepted onto a number of national PSLs.”
