ACQUISITION BOOSTS HR RECRUITMENT OFFER FOR RENOVO

Leading employment services group, Renovo has acquired specialist HR recruitment consultancy Eden Jones. The acquisition is a strategic move to expand Renovo’s overall proposition for clients and provide a new, dedicated HR recruitment division.

York based Renovo recently announced plans for rapid growth with targets in place to increase turnover from £2 million to £15 million and staff from 30 to 150 in the next five years. Led by industry veteran David Twiddle the business aims to achieve this through pioneering new methods of practice and expanding its services to cover the entire employment lifecycle including executive recruitment, employee engagement and outplacement.

Serving both private and public sector clients Renovo has already achieved outstanding results through its bespoke programme working with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and Jobcentre Plus where it has helped over 20,000 jobseekers back on the road to work. Renovo is a DWP Accredited Provider and holds both the Matrix and Investors in People Standard. In 2010 it was also awarded bet small business of the year regionally.

Eden Jones is a well established business, providing an executive recruitment service for Human Resources professionals across the UK, working with a substantial client base including a number of FTSE 250 organisations.
