ADVANTAGE xPO APPOINTS PENNY QUELLER AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS

Advantage xPO, a leading provider of consultative workforce management solutions, and an operating company of Advantage Resourcing, one of the largest human capital management companies in the world, announces the addition of Penny Queller as Senior Vice President, Strategic Solutions. Penny’s appointment to Advantage xPO’s leadership team reflects the organization's strategic direction and growth objectives across its global markets.

In this newly created role, Penny will lead global new business origination efforts for Advantage xPO’s Managed Services Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offerings.

A consultative sales executive of 17 years, Penny has held senior roles with Staffing Industry Analysts, SFN Group (formerly Spherion) and Adecco, where she provided cutting-edge talent acquisition solutions to multinational companies. Penny is known and respected for her leadership and communication skills, and as a trusted advisor with a passion for delivering outstanding client results. She is a subject matter expert on staffing, recruitment and contingent workforce management issues. Penny is a frequent speaker at key industry events hosted by Staffing Industry Analysts, RPO organizations, and VMS Professionals. Penny also has extensive experience delivering integrated service offerings, including master supplier, MSP/VMS, RPO, BPO, as well as consulting services and channel partner alliances.
