ADVANTAGE xPO APPOINTS ROGER CLEMENTS AS COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR; CONTINUES EUROPEAN MARKET GROWTH

Advantage xPO, a leading provider of consultative workforce management solutions, and an operating company of Advantage Resourcing, one of the largest human capital management companies in the world, announces the addition of Roger Clements as Commercial Director. This recent appointment reinforces Advantage xPO’s commitment to addressing the growing needs for comprehensive workforce management solutions within the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Based in Advantage xPO’s London office, Roger will lead the firm’s commercial sales efforts across EMEA for its Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service offerings. He will also be responsible for client management and developing new business partnerships within the EMEA territories.

Roger has a distinguished track record in the recruiting/staffing sector, combined with over 10 years experience in HR outsourcing (HRO). Prior to joining Advantage xPO, Roger served as Sales Director for Capita Group Plc, where he increased Capita’s market position across single and multi-process HRO offerings, and developed the firm’s RPO and MSP services portfolio. He also led Capita to significant growth across both the public and private sectors.

Before Capita, Roger worked at Alexander Mann Solutions, where he was responsible for client management, solution design and implementation for key RPO clients. A recognized contributor within the HRO and RPO sectors, Roger is also an industry advisor who has designed and implemented leading-edge MSP, RPO and HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions that delivered significant outcome improvements while driving tangible process and cost rationalization.
