Advantage xPO has launched a customized, interactive micro-site that reflects the Torex brand

ADVANTAGE xPO SELECTED BY TOREX TO PROVIDE RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO) SOLUTION FOR ITS PERMANENT HIRING NEEDS





Advantage xPO, which delivers consultative workforce management solutions to companies worldwide, has partnered with Torex,® a global provider of innovative, integrated technology solutions to the extended retail marketplace. Advantage xPO will be providing recruitment services for Torex’s U.K.-based permanent hires.





Torex based their selection on Advantage xPO’s significant experience and track record for talent acquisition in the IT industry. Through their full-cycle RPO solution, Advantage xPO will provide a suite of recruitment services, including sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, background checks, hiring, coordinating offer letters and on-boarding new hires.

Advantage xPO’s RPO model involves a dedicated recruitment team focused on all Torex open positions at its key locations in Dunstable, Guildford, Exeter, and Bolton. Leveraging RPO best practices and deep industry expertise, Advantage xPO will employ a variety of proven sourcing methods, including online job boards, direct sourcing, database mining, networking, employee referrals and passive search, to attract highly qualified candidates.





Additionally, Advantage xPO has developed and launched a customized, interactive micro-site that reflects the Torex brand. All external responses to job advertisements will be funneled through the Torex website, which links to the micro-site hosted by Advantage xPO.
