Aldrich & Co expand service offering

Aldrich & Company ("Aldrich") the specialist City recruitment consultancy and executive search firm is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlotte Bygraves, as Head of Events, Marketing, Communications and Roadshow recruitment. Charlotte joins from UBS where she was Regional Head of Event Marketing and will report in to Emily Aldrich, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Aldrich & Co.

Charlotte's appointment follows that of Huw Leyshon, Head of the Executive

Search division, who joined Aldrich last year from HSBC and is part of Aldrich's strategy to expand its service offering through the appointment of key industry professionals in specific sectors. Huw's appointment significantly enhanced Aldrich's service offering the placement of both buy and sell-side positions in front office roles, as well as other senior management positions. Charlotte's appointment expands Aldrich's capability and will allow the Company to place a wider range of candidates within a larger number of industries.

Commenting on the appointment, Kim St John Co-Founder of Aldrich & Company, said: "Charlotte is an exceptional authority in her field, however it is her unique personal approach to service delivery that really makes her stand out from the crowd - and it is this that has defined the success of her career to date. It is also a skill that precisely matches the knowledge-based approach adopted at Aldrich & Company. We are thrilled and excited to welcome her to the team."
