Allegis Group Announces Purchase of Aston Carter

Allegis Group, Inc. (www.allegisgroup.com), the world’s 4th largest recruitment and staffing firm, announced the completion of its agreement to purchase Aston Carter.

Aston Carter, headquartered in London, England, is a global IT recruitment business specialising in the banking and financial services sectors. Founded in 1997, Aston Carter has over 300 staff and 8 offices located in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Ireland, Hong Kong, France, Singapore, Sweden and The Netherlands.

Ranked in the top 20 of UK recruitment companies by Recruiter magazine’s “Hot 100” in 2009 and 2010, Aston Carter has grown to become a £180 million company by leveraging its core competencies to offer a wide range of staffing and recruitment services.
