AMS welcomes new Account Director to boost financial services team

Alexander Mann Solutions, the provider of world-class talent and resourcing capability, has today announced that it is boosting its resourcing capability through the appointment of Lisa Thompson, who will be taking up the role of Account Director with particular responsibility for the Barclays account.

In her new role at Alexander Mann Solutions, Lisa will be the main client contact for Barclays with specific responsibility for the support of the bank’s long-term resourcing strategy, from workforce management through to exploring innovative new ways that the company can access, engage with, employ and retain key talent.

Lisa brings to the role a wealth of resourcing experience built on consulting roles at PwC and Capita. In her most recent role at Capita, Lisa was Head of Client Services for BBC North where she led and managed the Project North team to provide recruitment services across the BBC at Salford Quays, which included the movement of approximately 2,300 staff to the BBC’s new base.

On her appointment, Lisa comments: “This role will enable me to use all the experience I’ve gained to deliver a strategic, end-to-end recruitment experience for one of Britain’s most well-known brands.
