Andrew Porter joins hyphen

hyphen, the leading recruitment process outsourcer (RPO), has appointed Andrew Porter as an Account Director. Andrew will be responsible for hyphen's Virgin Media account.

Andrew joins hyphen from Accenture where he was responsible for delivering a wide range of outsourced HR services to O2. Andrew brings with him a great deal of recruitment and HR experience. Prior to joining Accenture, he worked across a variety of businesses and sectors, primarily in operational delivery roles within the recruitment industry.

Andrew's skill base includes specific expertise in managing large scale service transformation programmes for end to end Recruitment Delivery operations as well as a wide range of other outsourced HR services Neil Jones, Managing Director at hyphen said:  "Virgin Media is a flagship RPO deal for hyphen.
