Andy Duxbury takes up non-exec role at RMG

Executive search consultancy, RMG, has appointed the chief executive of Chester law firm Aaron & Partners, and IoD Cheshire Chairman, Andy Duxbury, as non-executive director as the business enters its next growth phase.  

Duxbury, who joins the board with immediate effect, began his career in pharmaceuticals and later in the automotive and fuel industries.  He moved into professional services in 2000, and held the post of business development director at Manchester law firm, Cobbetts, before being appointed chief executive at Aaron & Partners in 2006.

At RMG, he will bring his vast experience and expertise in marketing to the non-executive role with a remit to develop the consultancy's marketing strategies.  He will be central in providing an outward focus for RMG’s next growth phase, as well as providing independence and objectivity in respect of good corporate governance.
