Appointments: Medwin joins Square One

Square One Resources is pleased to announce the appointment of Oliver Medwin as Team Leader.  Oliver will be launching a comprehensive 13 week training academy for new inductees.  The training programme focuses on each aspect of a 360 recruitment sales role. He previously worked for Technet IT specialising in niche markets and new business development.

About his appointment Medwin says;

“Training people is my true passion and when the Training role became available at Square One I actively pursued it.  The training academy is born from the idea that the ‘training of transferable skills’ is no longer adequate in the modern workplace.  Instead Square One has embraced a new trend that focuses on Learning and Personal Development, rather than just ‘training’.  I’m very lucky to work for a forward thinking company that believes what's good for people's development is good for organisational performance, quality and customer satisfaction.”

The growth in Square One’s success and recent increase in staff has driven the need for a new senior appointment which is dedicated to training new recruits.
