ARC Welcomes Jess Watts to Committee

The Association of Recruitment Consultancies (ARC) is delighted to announce that Jess Watts, CEO of Gi Group UK (previously right4staff Group), has joined its Executive Committee.

Formerly Managing Director of The Observer and Director of Regus UK, Watts has provided Management Consultancy services for National Express plc, Stanley Leisure plc, National Tyres & Autocare and KLM UK.

Watts, a qualified lawyer with 25 years as Senior Executive and Consultant behind him, will be an influential voice and powerful force among ARC’s Committee, which has from the outset combined hands on commercial experience with legal expertise to target the issues that really matter to recruiters.

 “Jess is a very welcome addition to our existing team,” said Adrian Marlowe, Chairman of the ARC. “His particular background and skills will strengthen our committee and help us take the Association and its membership onwards. Gi Group (ARC member since 2010) is a global recruitment company with a worldwide turnover in excess of 1.2 billion Euros and operations in 20 countries. The UK business is focused in the industrial sector with around 30 high street branches and 70 onsite operations. Clients include BMW, Unipart, TNT Post, Kuehne and Nagel and Premier Foods. Turnover is approaching £200m, with an average of 12,000 temporary workers placed each week.
