Aspire Business Partnership LLp have launched a new AWR Calculator for use by agencies and umbrella company providers.  It can be found at www.awr-calculator.co.uk

The calculator is a valuable tool for determining whether a pay comparator contract (Reg 5) or derogated contract (Reg 10) is appropriate in each individual set of circumstances.  The tool is free to use.
