Education recruitment specialist, Aspire People, has been shortlisted for the Gold Category Award of Birmingham & Solihull's Best Business for Work Life Balance. Since, opening in 2004 Aspire People have been recognised for the work-life balance award twice before as winners in 2007 and 2008.

Not only do they provide flexible working solutions for all employees but funding is available for further education, employees get 40 days holiday and 6 emergency leave hours a year, breakfast and dress down every Friday and reduced working hours in the school holidays. This year the company was short-listed for the Gold Award, a category of previous winners.
