Executive recruitment consultancy celebrates milestone birthday

National executive recruitment specialist, Assured Recruitment Solutions, is celebrating its fifth birthday this month, following years of progressive growth and success, leading to double-digit revenue growth and a reputation as one of the country’s top executive search specialists.

The company was founded in October 2006, and began as a team of three staff. It now employs a total of 67 people, 33 of which are based at its head office in Keele.

Assured’s MD, Adam Shaw, said: “We’re all really proud to be celebrating our fifth birthday, and although we’ve had a fantastic five years, it’s been hard work and we’ve had to endure some very uncertain times.

“I just want to say a huge thank you to the whole team, and to our customers for trusting us to support them by providing the best possible candidates to help their companies prosper during such an unstable and unpredictable period. It’s such a great achievement, I’m glad we made it.”

Assured specialises in placing senior-level candidates for some of the country’s largest private sector organisations, specialising in private equity and venture capital backed companies, with O2, Phones 4U and Selfridges just some of the big name brands within its placement portfolio.
