Directors Steve Berry & Karen Barker are delighted that Bamford Contract Services has maintained the Investor in People Standard – It first achieved the standard in 2004, maintained it in 2007 and again now in 2011.

It’s a testament to the value we place in our all of staff at whatever role they hold within the company and is a contributing factor in the continuing success and growth of Bamford Contract Services. As 2011 sees us recruiting more consultants, ongoing training and evaluation of all staff is an integral part of our operation and working to & exceeding the IIP standards will ensure everyone is fully equipped to give their best to our clients and candidates.
