BCL Legal Expands In-house Team with Two New Appointments

After a strong 2011, BCL Legal - one of the leading legal recruitment consultancies outside London which has offices in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool, Bristol and Reading - is expanding its in-house sector team with the appointments of Adam Zdravkovic and Rozie Rhodes.

Adam, 27, joins the company as a legal consultant and will be assisting with the recruitment of in-house legal professionals across the North West. Adam – who lives in Manchester – attained a degree in Law at the University of Leeds and subsequently qualified as a solicitor with Walker Morris in 2010. He will be based at the firm’s head office on Mount Street in the city centre.

Adam is joined by Rozie Rhodes, 28, who is also an in-house legal consultant. She will focus on the placement of lawyers, company secretaries and contracts managers within in-house legal departments throughout the Midlands region. Rozie has worked in the recruitment industry for three years – both in Manchester and Birmingham. Her previous role was at Venn Group where she placed both private practice and in-house candidates in the Midlands. She holds a BSc Applied Psychology Degree from Cardiff University. Rosie will divide her time between BCL Legal’s Birmingham and Manchester offices.

Rozie said; ‘Both Adam and myself are really excited about joining BCL Legal. The company boasts the largest in-house team outside of London so we are thrilled to be part of it and it will be fantastic to work with a range of high profile companies. Our series of topical events and seminars are also now being planned for the rest of the year which are set to be engaging and will definitely add real value.’
