BCL Legal Launches New Management & Support Division

BCL Legal - the legal recruitment consultancy which has offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and Reading – is building on its recent growth and successes with the launch of a new department that will help law firms of all sizes recruit non-legal managerial and support staff.

The team is headed up by Emma Anthony, who has over 13 years experience in the recruitment industry, and will be operating across the regions sourcing personnel for a variety of disciplines, including; marketing, business development, human resources, finance & accounting, secretarial & administration, IT and compliance.

After eight years within the legal sector, BCL Legal prides itself on knowing what law firms require so it wanted to use that knowledge and its network to deliver a high quality solution for its clients’ business needs. The team will be handling briefs at all levels for both permanent and temporary vacancies.

Emma said; ‘We are passionate about what we do and realised that we could add extra value by addressing the non legal demands that our clients recruit and wouldn’t traditionally have used a legal recruiter to resource. This is why we have extended our reach and now offer a bespoke service that's based on finding the very best people to lead, develop and grow their businesses.’

James Batt, director of BCL Legal, added; ‘The new division is a natural extension of what already do well and it complements the core business perfectly. It’s been a positive start with several big name clients coming on board and we are looking forward to extending its reach over the coming months.’
