BlueSteps Announces New Product Features and Website Redesign

 

BlueSteps.com, the career management service of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), recently expanded its services and redesigned its website, making it easier for global executives to access strategic career management services and executive-level job opportunities.

 

Due to its unique connection to the AESC, BlueSteps.com continues to offer executives increased visibility to leading executive recruiters in more than 75 countries, but expanded offerings now allow members to be more proactive with their career management. New features include expanded resume/CV and executive coaching services through BlueSteps Executive Career Services, an aggregated list of senior executive job opportunities currently being handled by AESC member executive search firms, and complimentary memberships with Vizibility.com and Reputation.com to offer BlueSteps members the ability to proactively manage and protect their online reputation and brand.

 

The new BlueSteps website features a fresh new look, better navigation, and increased career management content specific to the needs of senior-level executives. AESC President, Peter Felix, commented: “This upgrade to the BlueSteps website and service offering is yet another step towards providing the senior executive with a powerful and comprehensive online portal for their career management needs. The BlueSteps.com redesign also introduces a new feature to AESC member retained search firms who use BlueSteps to locate candidates for open executive-level positions. The new search tool links each candidate’s BlueSteps profile to their LinkedIn profile, further increasing the efficiency for executive recruiters using both databases to locate and learn more about executive candidates.
