Bodet launches Kelio V10.2

Manage Staff Attendance & Absenteeism while on the move

Bodet, a leading provider of clock and timing systems has recently launched Kelio V10.2, a new mobile solution to managing staff attendance and absenteeism in real time, regardless of location.

Kelio V10.2 enables managers to monitor up to 10,000 employees based at either single or multiple sites. The clocking mobile service allows both managers and staff to clock-in while on the move, and the touch screen service enables self-service and virtual clocking, activity job costing, attendance board display and absence request management. Another feature offered through Kelio V10.2 is a tablet friendly fire alarm reporting system – this includes an outline of procedures and actions to be taken, and a report of all employees present at the specified location.

For businesses that host visitors to their premises, Kelio V10.2 provides a user-friendly and powerful tool to record and track a visitor. This system enables any additional details regarding the visit to be registered and reused. Clocking terminals, access control units and access control readers are also features on offer to aid managers monitor activity.

Marc Clavereau, UK Managing Director at Bodet says, “The launch of Kelio V10.2 offers a new way to manage staff attendance and absenteeism.  New features include the ability to monitor and track individuals at multiple locations, mobile clocking-in and monitoring and improved visitor access control technology.  The new functionality offers an exciting range of new features which we are confident our customers will be delighted with”

Bodet aims to provide businesses with the precise tools they need to ensure accurate time keeping and attendance as well as instantly available records for HR and Payroll to streamline business processes.
