BOND INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARE AWARDED SUPPLIER MEMBERSHIP TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGENTS MOVEMENT (TEAM)

- ­Membership to the UK’s largest association of independent recruiters ensures Bond International Software is a step ahead of the competition in understanding recruiters’ needs -

30^th June 2011: Bond International Software, a global provider of recruitment and human capital management (HCM) software and services, today announces it has been awarded supplier membership to The Employment Agents Movement (TEAM). As a supplier member, Bond will be joining an elite group of recruitment software providers that have been specifically recommended by TEAM.

TEAM membership also grants Bond access to quarterly regional meetings and workshops held by the association, which will allow the recruitment & HCM specialist to network with both industry peers and prospective customers. This allows Bond to keep a close finger on the pulse of the recruitment industry at all times, and as such, software advances can be proactively developed as per recruiters’ imminent and future requirements.

TEAM is the largest association of independent recruiters in the UK, with over current 400 members. Over 350 of these are independent recruiters, whilst the remaining members are made up of suppliers to the recruitment industry. Suppliers range from software providers, such as Bond, through to legal practices, job boards, umbrella organisations, insurance companies and accountancy firms. TEAM was established nearly 20 years ago to provide recruiters with a complete ‘one stop shop’ recruitment solution. As members of TEAM, recruiters benefit from networking and sharing business with other recruiter members, both throughout the UK and internationally.
