BOND INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARE TO EXHIBIT AT THE REC NATIONAL CONVENTION 2011

- Key sponsor Bond International Software will be offering demonstrations of the recently launched latest version of Bond Adapt – with additional AWR workflow – at REC National Convention 2011 -

Bond International Software, the recruitment and HCM specialist, will be attending and sponsoring this year’s REC National Convention, held on 29th September 2011 at The Lancaster London, Lancaster Terrace, London. As a key sponsor of the event, Bond demonstrates its willingness to share its in-depth industry experience and technology solutions with the market.

Demonstrations of the latest version of its flagship product, Bond Adapt, the specialist portfolio of recruitment software applications, will be taking place at the convention, where newly developed features to aid recruiters’ day-to-day activities, wide integration with industry tools and new AWR workflow will all be showcased.

The new version of Bond Adapt, available as a Software-as-a-Service or on-site deployment, has a wide selection of new additional features, specifically designed to enhance the software’s practical ease of use and breadth of function, the combination of which has not previously been available in a single recruitment package as standard. Visitors to the REC National Convention are invited to witness firsthand the enhanced functionality of the latest developments to Bond Adapt.

The REC National Convention is a national, whole-industry event, which this year will have a direct focus on ‘Going for Growth’. The convention features a programme of high profile speakers in recruitment, interactive seminars from industry experts and a large exhibition of the latest recruitment solutions available on the market. The event will offer attendees the chance to look at the key challenges and opportunities facing recruiters in today’s challenging market, in which economic conditions have remained tough. Finding new ways to compete is therefore at the forefront of every recruiter’s mind, and the event will therefore focus on providing visitors with innovative ideas along with creative and practical approaches to remedy the difficult conditions.

Tim Richards, Managing Director, Bond International Software (UK), comments, “The REC National Convention is a key event for all those in the recruitment industry, and as such, we are keen to offer our support to such an occasion. The convention also provides us with the ideal platform to promote the latest version of Bond Adapt: we have invested considerable time and resource in developing the new features for Bond Adapt, and feel that the REC National Convention is an appropriate place to introduce such additional functionality to the market. Bond Adapt is our flagship product and we are very proud of the place that it holds both in our portfolio and when compared to competitive products.”

Bond is also a proud award sponsor of the IRP Awards 2011- Celebrating excellence in recruitment.  These Awards are part of the REC's Institute of Recruitment Professionals and are designed to celebrate excellence in recruitment.  This exciting event will be held immediately after the REC's annual National Convention at the Lancaster, London on Thursday 29th September and Bond would like to wish all of the award nominees the very best of luck!
