Bond International Software, the global provider of recruitment & human capital management software & services, today announces a partnership between its Bond TeamSpirit division – providers of a modular, yet fully integrated HR & Payroll software – and Talent Innovations, the leading experts in 360-degree feedback, performance management and talent management software. 

Bond TeamSpirit is a provider of modular yet integrated HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance software which operates from a single database. As such, Bond TeamSpirit caters for organisations’ every HR requirement, with modules such as Employee Information (including Equal Opportunities monitoring), Absence Analysis (including Parental Leave reporting), Employee History and Global Statistics.

Talent Innovations is a provider of bespoke and off the shelf Employee Performance Management, 360 degree feedback and development tools. The entire 360 feedback, appraisal and talent management process is supported by a secure, web-based system, which allows employees to gain a greater understanding of how their performance is perceived by their colleagues.

Talent Innovations software therefore complements Bond TeamSpirit perfectly in that through the collaboration, employers will have access to an all-in-one solution that provides a panoramic visibility of employees – including information on history, performance and feedback – accessible from a single site.
