Commenting on the event, Price said: “SDI has been hugely supportive of our efforts to expand Bright Purple’s global operations and I am delighted to share my experience of this process to date. It’s a huge honour for me to be part of a panel with such distinguished names - I hope that our story will help inspire others to think about the wider potential that exists outside of “I believe there are huge opportunities for Scottish companies which are currently going un-tapped. From our experience with Bright Purple, we are finding that Scotland ‘the brand’ still holds sway around the globe today and many people trust, admire and want to do business with Scottish firms. Just look at the success of companies like Wolfson and Optos who show that we can still lead the way in terms of innovation.” |
