Brightpool continues rapid growth with hire of two new consultants Brightpool, the new sister company of Interim Partners, which is the biggest provider of interim managers to the private sector, has continued its rapid growth by hiring two experienced consultants. Brightpool was set up in 2010 by Doug Baird, Managing Director of Interim Partners, who has led the exceptional growth of Interim Partners since founding it in 2003. Paul Philips, who brings with him over eight years’ recruitment experience. He joins from Michael Page Finance, where he was a manager and senior consultant. Before that he was at Witan Jardine. Key clients he has worked with include Land Securities, BUPA, Pearson Group and the Economist. ? With over seven years’ recruitment experience, James O’Loughlin joins Brightpool from Albemarle Interim Management, where he was a Senior Consultant managing the pharmaceutical healthcare practice. The business expects to make multiple further appointments through 2011 as part of its five year growth plan. Brightpool focuses primarily on the private sector, with key specialisms in finance, projects and change management, risk and compliance, HR and operations. Interim Partners will continue to place interims at or just below board level, with day rates from £500 upwards, while Brightpool will recruit for the level below that, with day rates up to £500 and salary levels of £50,000 - £100,000.
