Broadbean Brought Onboard by Jobtrain

Jobtrain Solutions, the flexible, intuitive, internet based e-recruitment solution provider is pleased to announce its partnership with Broadbean Technology, the global leader in job distribution and candidate sourcing technology. The partnership allows Jobtrain customers to post job openings to job boards from around the world using a seamless integrated interface.

Giles Heckstall-Smith, Commercial Director at Jobtrain Solutions commented, "We worked with Broadbean to create a seamless integration that was centred on allowing users to easily source candidates from hundreds of channels. The integration will allow Jobtrain customers to benefit from Broadbean’s global network of job board integrations as well as social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. The final result is a seamless process that will empower our customers to spend even more time recruiting and less time on administration".

The integration includes the submission of job information to Broadbean’s platform and distribution to the selected job boards. Once distributed, Broadbean tracks applications and provides reports for performance analysis. The end result is a more efficient hiring process that removes duplicate data entry and allows customers to monitor online recruitment spend and a return on that investment.

Broadbean Technology, Head of Corporate Sales, Richard Essex, added, "We are extremely pleased to be the integration partner of choice for Jobtrain Solutions. Both companies share a common dedication to providing simple-to-use but effective solutions that save corporate recruiters time and money and we look forward to working closely together for our mutual clients’ benefit”.
