Build Recruitment adds 2 new Directors and opens London office.

Build Recruitment has added 2 new Directors on to its Board. Chris Ewart comes in as Non-Executive Director and Coleen Cloherty as a Director.

Coleen, previously a Regional Director with Hays, has 11 years of experience in the property and facilities sector filling over 400 permanent and interim roles in the UK and overseas.  Coleen says, “I’m excited to be joining Build Recruitment who share my ambition to create a leading business focused on hiring the very best recruiters, organic team development , the creation of a  fun and positive environment for people to work in, which in my opinion leads to better service delivery.”

Chris, one of the founding Directors of the Resorucing Group, explains the growth strategy, “Build has had a successful first year of trading and we now feel the time is right with Coleen on board to set up a London office. Our internal growth will focus on three key areas, firstly acquisition of high calibre consultants to penetrate new markets, secondly to hire Resorucers to build around the consultants and using innovative resourcing methods. Lastly, we will be open to Joint Venture opportunities with individuals or teams of people who want equity form the start and are willing to share some risk to achieve this.”

Chris continues, “We have put aside a significant portion of equity to use for an EMI scheme for all sales staff. There is an exit strategy in place which we anticipate happening in 2017 and want everyone that contributes to the growth of Build Recruitment to share in its success.”

We have penetrated a tough market and worked with some key clients across London and the South, providing an ideal platform for a complimentary revenue stream / division such as Coleen can bring. Barbara will continue to support and manage our back office operations from our Portsmouth office”
