Candidate Manager signs deal with Working Links for e-Recruitment Process

to update their online hiring process

Candidate Manager signs deal with Working Links for e-Recruitment Process

Candidate Manager, a leading global provider of e-recruitment software solutions and hiring process consulting, has signed a deal with employment and skills experts Working Links, to update their online hiring process.

Working Links approached Candidate Manager with a goal to streamline and automate their hiring process through the Candidate Manager technology. Working Links currently employs more than 2,000 people throughout Great Britain and provides support and training to people in some of the most deprived areas.

The Candidate Manager software will help Working Links to reduce recruitment costs, reduce associated administration time and costs, decrease time-to-hire, and increase the quality of applications.

Anneli Daniels, Head of Resourcing, Working Links, commented "Candidate Manager provides us with the perfect tool to enable us to recruit the best talent, while reducing the amount of time needed to process and shortlist applicants. This allows us to recruit the correct candidate for a role in a short time frame, which ultimately leaves us with more time to focus on our job at hand - helping those who are out of work to find the right training and support to get them to where they want to be in their career."

Darach Deehan, CEO, Candidate Manager, commented: "We are delighted to be working with Working Links on this deal. Working Links provide an invaluable service to those who are struggling with employment, and so need to recruit quality employees to help them with this task. We are happy to help Working Links to reduce the time and costs associated with this."
