CBSbutler takes on breast cancer by wearing it pink

Specialist engineering and technical recruiter, CBSbutler (www.cbsbutler.com), will participate in a day of pink-themed activity in aid of Breast Cancer Campaign’s “wear it pink” day on Friday, 28th October.

Every staff member will be sporting their finest pink wardrobe items and will donate £2 each to Breast Cancer Campaign. In addition to the pink dress code, there will also be a pink cake sale and pink champagne. CBSbutler is so serious about fundraising, staff members who fail to participate will be fined!

CBSbutler has since set up a LinkedIn Group in support of the charity and the day, to urge its candidates and clients to help raise money and awareness for the cause.

Managing Director of CBSbutler, David Leyshon says: “It’s important for businesses to do their bit to help others – and what better way to raise money than by having fun?”

He adds: “Breast Cancer is a terrible disease that affects millions of lives and so it’s crucial that we raise as much money as possible. Every staff member will be donating at least £2 to “wear it pink”, and we are asking all of our clients to get involved. This is not just about raising awareness and having a great day, but the money raised could save lives.”
