CELSIAN EDUCATION ATTAINS 100% IN QUALITY MARK ACCREDITATION

for the second successive year

WE’VE DONE IT YET AGAIN, SPECIALIST AGENCY CELSIAN EDUCATION ATTAINS 100% IN QUALITY MARK ACCREDITATION

For the second successive year, Celsian Education a national specialist education recruitment agency has achieved a perfect 100% compliance in their Department for Schools and Families Quality Mark accreditation. This is the eighth successive year of achieving Quality Mark and demonstrates Celsian’s unique ability to continually achieve the highest possible standard of recruitment.

The Quality Mark was launched in July 2002, as a joint initiative between the Department for Education (DfE) and Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) with the aim of improving standards in the sector. The Mark sets the standards for agencies to recruit, interview, check and manage their performance. It also provides confidence and assurance to schools, parents and pupils that staff supplied through Celsian area recruited, thoroughly vetted and receive ongoing support and opportunities. For the great group of teachers that form part of the Celsian team, the Mark is reaffirmation and assurance that they have selected an agency that will add value to their experience throughout their careers.

Nick Gourley, Divisional Managing Director of Celsian Education said: “I’m again proud and delighted at our achievements but not at all surprised. We have robust processes and systems in place to ensure we always maintain absolute compliance. Our professionalism and relationships with schools and teachers alike ensure the right people are always matched with the right

opportunities at all times. I must praise our staff in the Leeds and Derby branches who were inspected as part of the audit.”

Lizzie Grant, Quality Mark Assessor for the DfE adds “The award acknowledges the dedication and professionalism that go into ensuring these stringent standards are met on a daily basis. In maintaining these standards, Celsian Education is a credit to the reputation of the industry.”

Celsian Education has been in operation for 17 years with offices in Birmingham, Derby, Coventry, Gateshead, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, London, Luton, Manchester and Southampton.
