Change of Head Office and Finance Director

The Rethink Group one of the UK's leading recruitment and consulting companies, has decided to move its Head Office from Manchester to London. As the Group continues its rapid growth, it has been decided to move certain Group functions to its new Head Office at 52-54 Southwark Street, London SE1 1UN. The change will be completed on 1 January 2012. The Company will also be moving its registered office to the Head Office address in due course.

Patrick Dundon, the Finance Director of the Company, has decided not to relocate to London and will leave the Company on 1st January 2012. The process of appointing a new Finance Director has commenced and an announcement will be made once an appointment has been made.
