Clough & Willis Launches Service to Help Recruitment Companies

Clough & Willis, one of the North West’s leading mid-sized legal firms, is this week launching a bespoke service for recruitment businesses which are facing late payments and debt recovery challenges with their clients.

Thanks to the current economic climate, late payment has become a major issue for recruitment companies as it can have a devastating effect on cash flow and ultimately a company’s survival. The dedicated team of debt recovery specialists - whose skills are tailored to meet the specific requirements of recruitment companies - have the necessary systems in place to recover one-off debts, multiple debts or bulk debts across England, Wales and Scotland.

The new department is focusing on a number of core services including; pre-legal recovery, letters before action and late payment demands, county court proceedings, dispute claims and winding-up orders. Central to the new offering is transparency so clients will be informed of all costs involved upfront and all costs which are recoverable.

Joanne Singleton, Debt Recovery Manager at the firm and Head of the new division said; ‘As a team, we appreciate the importance of efficient debt recovery within the recruitment sector and seek to recover outstanding monies as quickly and effectively as possible. We're proud of the successful working relationships we have with our clients and offer each one what is, in effect, a bespoke recovery service.’
