CMI Report: SHL comment on workers' decisions Today the CMI has reported that nearly three quarters of workers are making ‘ill-advised’ decisions. The report reveals that 74 percent of employees regularly make decisions at work that they feel unqualified to make, while 55 percent don't think their managers possess significant ability or the right levels of confidence to do their job. “These results are of course concerning.
