Irrespective of the surrounding economic challenges, and following 18 months of steady growth, Quantum Recruitment, a Bournemouth based recruitment agency, have been able to expand their team and add two new stars to their talent pool. By taking a practical and consultative approach to recruitment, Quantum has been able to buck the trend of the many established recruitment companies, and their success has now led to further growth.

The first of their new recruits is Lisa Mabey, who joins their team with 12 years of HR and Recruitment experience, and will be looking after Quantum Recruitment’s office clients. Having worked within HR and also for a local recruitment company, Lisa has a sound knowledge of the local business community and has built up strong relationships with her clients.  Having worked in a HR role herself, Lisa understands that providing excellent, screened and interviewed candidates in a timely manner is the key to her continued success.

The second new member of the team is Suzie Zengarini, who comes to Quantum Recruitment with 11 impressive years experience in the Hospitality Sector, having worked with several prominent hotel groups in the local area.  With an excellent knowledge of the different roles required within busy hotels, Suzie will easily be able to identify top candidates for these positions.  Quantum Recruitment has recently expanded into the Hospitality Sector and Suzie has been brought on board to assist Quantum’s Senior Partner, Jacqueline Entwistle, in supporting these clients.
