Compass Diversified Holdings Declares Third Quarter 2011 Distribution of $0.36 Per Share

Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) ("CODI" or the "Company"), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.36 per share. The distribution for the three months ended September 30, 2011 is payable on October 31, 2011 to all holders of record as of October 25, 2011.

Alan Offenberg, CEO of Compass Diversified Holdings, stated, "We are pleased to declare our third quarter distribution of $0.36 per share. We have now declared a distribution each quarter since our IPO in May of 2006 and, including this quarter, will have cumulatively distributed $7.0752 per share to our shareholders."
