Concept celebrates top achievers The West Country’s leading recruitment company, Concept Staffing, has named its highest achievers at its annual conference, held in Trimstone Manor in Woolacombe. The conference featured six categories including; Employee of the Year, which was won by Bideford’s Fiona Brandi for managing the branch’s biggest client, global company TE Connectivity, supplying over 175 temporary workers. The Top Branch Manager award, went to Janet Phillips in The award for Most Improved Employee went to Jamie Warren from Concept’s Yeovil branch for his valuable contribution to the branch and company’s growth and wellbeing. Matt Cocks in Newton Abbot picked up the Top Sales Advisor award, for excelling in the challenge of running two ‘industrial’ desks across The newer category COG Award, which celebrates the essential COGs that keep the company turning, went to Darren Rossiter in And finally the Branch of Year went to Exeter Branch Manager, “The Exeter Branch is one of the market leaders in the supply of both temporary and permanent staff to clients within the city, not least because of long term contracts to provide Exeter City Council with all of their temporary labour and Devon County Council with their admin temporary workers.” Karen Sharpin, Concept Staffing’s divisional manager, said: “Our annual conference plays a key role in motivating the Concept team and driving them forward for the next year.
