Concept Resourcing has promoted numerous people internally into more senior positions

Concept Resourcing has recently promoted numerous people internally into more senior positions. Both Melanie Fedeli and Kully Samra have been promoted into management positions. They will now be focussing on developing their teams as well as continuing to deliver to their existing customers.

They have both followed a structured training and development programme to prepare them for the promotions. They were seconded into ‘team co-ordinator’ positions prior to their formal promotions to give them the opportunity to experience the role before committing to taking on management responsibilities. They were also sponsored by Concept to attend various courses relevant to their new roles. Both Melanie and Kully have been with the company for a number of years and have successfully accomplished key objectives to achieve their promotions,

Meanwhile Caroline Bingham is now running the commercial division within the business. Caroline has specialised in commercial recruitment for over 10 years.
