Concept Staffing makes two new appointments in Plymouth

Leading West Country recruitment specialist Concept Staffing has made two new appointments to help boost business at its Plymouth branch.

Tracy Adlington, 29, takes on the key role of Senior Recruitment Consultant, while Adam James, 18, has been appointed to the role of Resourcer at the branch in New George Street, having recently successfully completed an apprenticeship with Concept.

Tracy, who lives in St Austell and has five years of experience in the recruitment industry, will be responsible for securing employment for temps and permanent staff in the engineering and manufacturing sectors throughout Plymouth, Cornwall and surrounding areas.

Adam, who lives in Plympton was taken on as an apprentice by Concept last December. He has not only succeeded in finding himself a permanent job with the company, but has eyes on promotion within the branch.

Concept Staffing Regional Sales Manager, Noel Hoare, said: “We’re delighted to make these new appointments. Tracy is already an experienced recruiter, which clients and businesses within the Plymouth and Cornwall areas will recognise.
