Day Webster Healthcare Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Care Providers (AD) Ltd, an on framework nursing agency.

Day Webster Limited is an established recruitment business specialising in agency nursing staff.

Day Webster has today announced the acquisition of Care Providers (AD) Ltd. Day Webster has been extremely successful over its first 18 months of trading and has won significant business with its combination of customer service and ability to fill over 99% of shifts. The next stage in its development is the acquisition of a complimentary nursing agency which has both the Buying Solutions Nursing Framework and London Procurement Programme contracts. This will enable the continued growth of the group and ensure its rapid expansion.

To assist with the growth Day Webster are also pleased to announce that Rebecca Clout, ex senior compliance officer at HCL, joined the business in January as senior compliance manager to prepare for this acquisition. In addition to this Care Providers have hired four key members to the nursing team to add to the continued expansion of the Day Webster Healthcare Group.
