Talented HR professionals are still in demand and Digby Morgan, the leading specialist HR search and selection consultancy, continues to build its team to help meet this requirement with a burst of hiring activity in the company’s London office across several of its teams.

Dee Townend has recently rejoined Digby Morgan after leaving six years ago to gain experience recruiting across different areas. Over this period, Dee worked for a specialist search firm recruiting senior level candidates across generalist functions including sales and marketing, purchasing, logistics, finance and general management and also worked for niche recruitment firms working in healthcare communications recruitment.  Most recently, Dee has been working independently with recruitment firms on a number of projects.  Dee has always kept in touch with her former colleagues at Digby Morgan and this, coupled with her continuing interest in HR, means that she is looking forward to taking up where she left off. She has joined the senior level, permanent recruitment team.

Tim Chadwick has joined the company’s City team as a senior consultant to focus on senior hires across professional and financial services clients. Tim has over a decade of recruitment experience – the last seven of which have focussed on the HR sector - with both Michael Page and, latterly, Advantage Professional.

Another new senior consultant, Scott Fitzgerald, has joined Digby Morgan’s team that focuses on mid level interim HR recruitment. Originally from Canada, Scott has been recruiting in the UK for six years and brings with him a mix of in house and agency experience.  He was the European Manager of Labour Attraction at the London High Commission of Canada and joined Digby Morgan from Piper Pritchard.
