Digby Morgan Promotes Two New Executive Directors

Long term Digby Morgan directors, Matthew Chester and Dona Battat, have both been promoted to the executive board of the company.

Dona has been with Digby Morgan, now one of the world’s leading specialist HR search and selection consultancies, for 17 years. In recent years she has been responsible for establishing the company’s Dubai office and also running the team looking after appointments in the City and financial and professional services sector. Dona will now oversee the company’s overall search and selection activities in London and internationally.

Matthew has been with Digby Morgan for the last seven years latterly running the division responsible for the recruitment of entry to mid level HR professionals and the company’s business development activities. Moving forward he will take on the responsibility for the company’s regional expansion, candidate attraction activities and client services.
