Double merger for Pertemps

Ashton Consulting (UK) Ltd and Fishtank Recruitment Solutions Ltd are the latest two companies to merge with Pertemps Recruitment Partnership.

The two Bristol based businesses, which have a combined staff of 20 have both been privately owned and run by Owen & Ellie O’Neill since 2003.  

Ashton Consulting focuses on I.T recruitment and Fishtank specialises in recruiting advertising and marketing professionals.

O’Neill said of the merger:  “We are delighted to have become part of a group as successful as Pertemps and are hoping that the merger will help us build on our success of the past eight years.  Myself and all my staff are really excited about the future with Pertemps.”

The merger, which the O’Neill’s were advised on by Optima Corporate Finance, took place on Monday 8th August for an undisclosed amount.
