Matt Fox is pleased to announce the launch of new consultancy based boutique recruiter Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd, who will be based in Havant, Hampshire.

The company has been set up by Matt as MD along with Becky Field and Jodie Rafferty both as Associate Directors with part ownership of the business. All three have a long and successful recruitment career having previously worked together for some time at commercial recruiter Huntress. The team boast a raft of experience of recruiting for large and small business across the UK and through Dynamite Recruitment Solutions bring a truly results based, multi sector service offering. Dynamite will focus on the Commercial market, however it’s specialist divisions covering Contact Centre, HR, Sales & Marketing, Finance & IT and Exec Appointments are all set to boom over the coming months.

Matt says “I have launched several offices in different locations over the past ten years, and there really is space in the market for a consultancy with moral values and high standards. The recruitment industry suffers from a terrible reputation (sometimes justified) and we aim to be a cut above the rest. With edgy marketing and a brand that truly personifies everything we’re about (very corporate yet lively and fun to work with) we’re here to make an impact and aim to grow the business significantly over the coming year.”
