Encore raise over £2500 for Charity

Encore Personnel recently took part in Movember, growing Moustaches for November, with all proceeds going to Prostate Cancer. Encore Directors Greg Latham and Ian Briers took part along with 33 staff members

During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men's faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men's health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.

Encore’s staff effectively became walking billboards for the charity, with a variety of different styles of Moustaches, and has raised in excess of £2,500 for their efforts.

Managing Director, Greg Latham comments “As a company we believe in giving something back – we have a corporate scheme in place whereby all our employees can take a Charity Day – a paid day off to involve themselves in the charity of their choice. This particular cause is very close to our hearts and we will continue to support the good work that Movember undertakes.”
