Enhanced PEO Performance Promised

Simivio Group announces a strategic contingent labor staffing and management program

Enhanced PEO Performance Promised

Simivio Group announces a strategic contingent labor staffing and management program that will save large contract management programs millions of dollars annually while improving the performance of existing vendors. The new Program has a targeted focus on improving the contingent labor space at Fortune 500 customers.

Simivio Group Principal, Matt Forbes, asks Procurement and Supply Chain Managers, “Are you sick and tired of spending too much on IT staffing firms?” The new Program offering at Simivio stresses pay for performance, open communication channels, and operational transparency. According to Mr. Forbes, companies routinely and consistently overpay vendors without truly understanding and measuring the value that is being delivered by those vendors.

Some Professional Employment Organizations (PEOs) propose annual savings in the millions of dollars, however those solutions eliminate competition in the supplier marketplace. In order to achieve significant savings, those PEOs require that they become a company’s sole source provider. Simivio Group claims its solution is unique, because they deliver significant savings while increasing the performance of existing vendors.

Mr. Forbes says, “The PEOs miss the point. If you need good resources, let the staffing firms do the staffing; that is what they do best. To ensure you’re getting the very best resource, create a positive environment in which staffing firms compete. The Simivio Group Program pays for performance while at the same time significantly reducing total contingent labor cost. I am very excited for the Simivio Group Program because it is the only win-win solution for every stakeholder.”
